For me, it’s both. It takes a lot of time to chop, season, and cook veggies and they usually aren't the most exciting part of the meal. So when it’s the end of a long day and I'm staring at the fridge thinking about dinner, usually the veggie is the first thing I cut from the menu. I don’t know about you but I end up throwing out more veggies each week than i’m proud to admit. What if this could change?
