Healthy-er Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 5 Tbsp Coconut Sugar 

  • 3 Tsp Vanilla 

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour 

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda 

  • Chocolate Chips (amount is a VERY personal decision) 

Makes 8-10 cookies. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 8-11 minutes. 


Instructions:

In a bowl, soften or melt butter. 

Stir in Coconut Sugar and Vanilla.

Add Oat Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda and stir. 

Make little balls with dough, place them on a cookie sheet and bake!
